Life expectancy has increased so much over the last century and a half, for instance. No one really knows why life expectancy is increased so much in America. Wages have fallen for more than 50 years o there are no unions any more. The courts have turned much more pro business than they once were. Marriages have been disintegrating especially for people without a bie. Levels of pain have been rising consistently over time.
