Pedro and the Ayachucos

By 1978, Pedro had apparently murdered more than a hundred women and girls throughout South America. He would normally lure them into his car before driving them out to a secluded location where he would strip, assault, and strangle them in places they'd have little chance of being found. It's not clear how true this is, as Pedro neither named nor gave details on these revenge killings.
