The Importance of Character in Interviews

There are certain types of people who are frustratingly hard to chronicle well. I tried to write a book about credit cards and the brick wall was how boring they were. But you know what? I think I've gotten better at making normal life as interesting as exciting. And my most recent stuff, particularly so you've been publicly sharing, is very much about normal life. It's still regular people that something extraordinary has happened to them.
