The CFTC, SEC, and Silicon Valley

There's a recent bill that came out between McHenry from Montana, Thompson Hill. The net of it is that the SEC would oversee anything that would be deemed a security. If you had a clear delineation, you had an understanding that one is a commodity, one cannot be created by individuals manipulated and all things that go along with it. It kind of takes some of that murkiness out of understanding what you're buying or at least what you're not buying.
