Encouraging Visits and Supporting Local Recovery in North Carolina

Two months after hurricane Helene devastated Western Carolina the region is still trying to recover. Rebuilding efforts are well underway but many local businesses and employees are facing many financial challenges. Tourism leaders in North Carolina are now urging people to visit the state to help with the economy.
