The Difference Between Jaws and the Enemy of the People
In Jaws, a doctor discovers the waters are polluted and that they're making people ill. He thinks people will honor him because he's saving a lot of people by telling them to stay away from bad water. The community around it derides him for his discovery but also declares him an enemy of the people. And so the theme is history hates a truth teller in both movies.
