How Do You Survive Tough Economic Times?

The economies are crashing around the world, and there's some obvious reasons for it. We have to figure out how do we survive it? How do you survive really tough economic times? Some of you already have experienced tough economic times in your own countries. If you're Russian, you're actually lucky. I think the Russian economy is going to be just fine but the rest of the world, not so sure.
