"I think you have foreign, foreign money that just needs to be incentive need it needs to be highly disinivized for people to come in and buy up residential properties," he says. "You know, I don't want these, these people out of state who don't understand the local economy... They're now influencing culture here." He continues: "There's no incentive for anybody to do that because you've got the Berkshire Hathaway's ... You know, so it's just, I don’t know. That's crazy".
