How to Deal With Loneliness in Leadership

Lonelyness is probably one of the biggest problems, I think, in a lot of ministry. So we're trying to find those lightning rods for people to come together and to gather where you don't have to just be lonely. And I would say more so not just lonely, be isolated because I think that's ultimately what leads to isolation.
