Body Builder Diets - Is That Really What You Want?

The most traditional body building diets are going, like, pretty low fat, lot of vegetables. That's just not what you see at all in the pre steroid era. And i've heard from several older, untested body builders that shift was solely because they didn't want their liver to disintegrate and our blood lipids to be completely fucked up by the compounds we were using. So it's like, ok, ok, that that makes a lot more sense.
