The COVID Crisis Goes Beyond Health Crisis
Inespa organized 107 of their 200 members, including some of the largest insurance companies in Spain, to create a $40 million fund for their 1 million health workers. The policy lasted for a year after which some $30 million or 28 million euro still remained and some of which went into research. "We realized that the COVID crisis went beyond health crisis. So we thought that we could refocus," says Carlos Scivias from Inespa.
