Is There a Spending Freeze?

The vast majority of federal government programs, 70% in fact, are growing on autopilot. Spending is projected to increase by 50% over the next 10 yearsGrowing from roughly 6 trillion a year to roughly 9 trillion by 2032. A good target for Congress this year would be to at least try to stabilize the growth in the debt.
