I know that there isn't one attachment style, well I would imagine

secure is maybe the easiest to navigate from, but fearful, anxious, avoidant. Is there one that seems, people can take the quiz, does one show up as more challenging, to work your way out of? Is it just case by case? What is it like when somebody takes the quiz and they say, oh I'm this type, I attach this way, anxious, maybe fearful, that seems, avoidance seems like it's lonely and you'd be isolated and your adult children will have a lot of issues with you.
