How Do You Find That Balance?

I would say if you're not process oriented, or if you can't emulate that and follow a process, it may not be possible to do both. You've got to have that front end engine, which is the very white glove, very sophisticated prospecting. I'm absolutely not advocating to moving away from it. But what I also advocate on, and it does require a process,. It does require you to be detail oriented. Is that back end engine where you are continually mining in new contacts? You are continually hitting them at scale and at volume.
