Is Perfectionism a Barrier to Starting a Project?

I call it perfection paralysis. You're a perfectionist and it never gets out the door. And I would argue that's not just true with creative work. Although what isn't creative work at this point? True. But you really have to get through the cycles. With sketchnoting specifically, I had a real clear why as to why I wanted to do it. By sketching things, I was retaining more information. It was really just the ideas that I wanted to solidify in my head.
