The Drive to Not Be My Dad

I've been following you for probably a dozen years or so. It's probably even longer than that, to be honest with you. You have this deep drive and a lot of founders don't know what to do with that when they step back. I'm the adult child of an alcoholic father. And so in my background, it was pretty chaotic. So there was this drive to not be my dad. There was this drive toward achievement. But this all came to a crisis in about 2003, so 20 years ago.
