Is There Evidence Base for Growth Mindset?

Companies think that they're doing their part by asking, well, what is the evidence base behind this? But anyone can surface some evidence. It's got to be contextually specific. And if you take something from one context and try to apply it another, then it kind of loses any evidence base anyway. So I like what Tony talks about being evidence informed rather than evidence based.
