Einstein's Theory of Light
Researchers from the University of Sydney managed to do this with small bursts of photons. In 100 plus years since Einstein theorized this, it's only ever been done with a large number of photons. Small pockets of quantum light energy can create better scientific equipment like interferometers and gravitational wave observatories. So why am I telling you this? Because with this kind of pocket energy, we can make much better measurements of light quality.
