"i've been doing every other day running, more or less for about three years now. Andand i have the rule of every every run is at least three miles," he says. "So i've added things over time and went from just forming the habit to how i want that habit to actually exist" 'I started off really strong, and went six months lifting every single time i ran,' he adds.'But then i was doing curls, and i was doing this over the head thing that i saw in line.'
