Language is not just a tool that we use, but it also can impact the way that we think. Work life balance actually looks like more time freedom within a given day. We should get more out of the other parts of work as well. Think all of these are moving us towards some sense of idea of getting people to get a different relationship between work and life - even though that's a fuzzy connection.

Language is one of the most powerful tools that humans have accessible to them.
