Introduction

Ellen Sepi is a doctor of physical therapy and she hosts Clinical Tuesday on the PT on Ice Daily Show. Ellen: We're going to talk about obesity today because I felt collectively across the country everybody stiffened thinking about talking about obesity. Just like you could get botulism from the choice of eating old canned fruit that you found in your grandma's basement, botulism is not a choice. But this is a really important topic in healthcare and just because it's uncomfortable doesn't mean we're not going to discuss it.
