Finding Happiness in the Second Half of Life

As we grow in our careers, the things that we once did and found joy might not be the same. I encourage people, especially as you kind of hit that like mid 30s mark to understand that. When you're young, you often don't get the opportunity to teach because you don't know what to teach. But when you've built up that expertise, which you have, it leads to you being able to teach it, which gives you joy.
