Is Technology Changing the Constitution?

Roman mars: Are there other examples in which the interpretation of constitutional rights has changed because technology has changed to such an extent as to make it, you know, just a very different world for that right to exist? Well, sure. One is abor itself. We don't think of abortion in terms of technology, but we used to think of the original roversus wade in terms of three trimesters. That's why you get this idea about, well, maybe it's just viability, and where does that mean? And that has mucked up the constitutional doctrine a bit. Mbe it may be perhaps morea complicated than it was before.
