You can hire an MBA level person who has experience working in factories in China, who has experience actually manufacturing and sourcing products for around $1,000 to $1,500 a month. You could sort of trade your own time and sweat equity instead of like dumping thousands of dollars that you maybe don't have into customer acquisition. If there's a mold cost, like a custom thing you need to develop as much as possible. And again, you can find people on WeChat at least talk and type English very well enough to get the job done.
