How to Deal With Perfectionism

With moral perfectionism, there are certainly good reasons to aspire to have higher than average standards in terms of achievement and what you do morally. It's maybe always going to be riding the line between something that's working now, but some kind of shock could perturb you. If you get sick and then you can't do things, then you've set up this positive feedback loop where you can potentially become quite unhappy. The main approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy. And also I think it suits my personality and my particular skill set.
