Pastoral Care - Do You Need Some Emotional Robustness?
You do need some emotional robustness to be in any kind of position within a community where you have responsibility. People in cear proficients, who sometimes only survive by becoming hardened, sort of more callous to tote experiences because it can be deeply difficult and brutale. So as we're talking about this, i think we're not just saying, look at these pastors who aren't doing it properly. Even as we offer kind of suggestions and critiques, it's actually ar the healthier tarthe healthier ways are the ways for everyone, including inud including the church.
