All of my twenties, I drank multiple nights a week, multiple drinks when I would drink. And probably why my mid thirties is when I really like dramatically tapered back. At that age, it was literally one sweat Tuesday morning, wake up, you're back. Right now it's, I can have a night that's a quarter of that. It takes me to probably Wednesday, Thursday, I just can't rebound. The earlier the better and you're never too old to cut back and see benefits from them.
