An ICO, again, like as a layperson in this space, an ICO looks a lot like a fundraising event to me. Most of the ones I've looked closely at, it was very clearly a for-profit business. The exception being that you suddenly have sort of a crowd funded platform. And yeah, and the democratization of finance is a big promise of some of this technology.
