Urukajina and Lugal Zagase
Evidence exists that urucojina was originally a reformist ruler, attempting to right the wrongs of his predecessors. His agenda soon became clear when he started exploiting the resources of the city's temple. Lugal zagase sent his army to lagash and plundered their temples and palaces before setting them ablaze. It is possible that the fierce resistance of the people of lagash caused lugulzagase to change his game in order to take control of suma. But it would be kish where the beginning of the end for lugul zagase would start. He had ambitions on pushing Sagon out of akad and kish.
