The Politics of Polygenism

Sean Matthew asks a question here I'm going to get to it in just a second. Would it mandate at least for a regulatory perspective that they could not maintain polygenism at least? They didn't address that question and address it at all. So they're they're not creating a regulation on that point. The regulation was created by Pius XII.
