Jackson Just Needs Rural Water

I don't have a clean answer here and I don't think that there is a clean answer. What we did was actually kind of insane. We took systems that were very logically created to fight fires in high density cities where we had experienced massive destructive fires. This is not benefiting anybody to think like this. It would be akin to taking bottled water really because a lot of the water you drink is just city water that someone has put into bottles and shipped out. And we akin to take bottled water and, you know, washing your car with it. Why are we doing that? We're doing that because at one point we were really rich. At one point we said we can do anything
