The New Breakpoints for Ciprofloxacin and Leva Floxacin
When we say a dose for these breakpoints, it's what the breakpoint is based on. So if you're not giving that dose, then your interpretation is not representative. Mike or Jim, either one of you from CLSI perspective, however, wants to go first. Like where did those come from? And then what inspired you guys to look to update these?
