Yoga Helps With Digestive Diseases
There is clear evidence showing that, for example, yoga helps dealing with digestive diseases. For example, when you practice yoga, and this has been shown in clinical trials, you can clearly reduce the level of symptoms people with irritable bowel syndrome have. So there are clear effects on digestion, even with inflammatory bowel disease. You definitely can affect the digestive system regarding toxins. I think this is a bit of a misconceptualization because the idea of detox is not really backed up by good science.
