Developing the Habits and Success Metrics for the Individual Things
Think about the purpose of each run before you start, and then set your intention to accomplish that specific purpose. On a recovery day is simply to create blood flow so that you can promote healing. And on those days, i'll star super easy, really, with a shuffle jog. My goal, by the end of the run, is to feel better at the end than when i started it.
