What Is Quantized Inertia?

There are still very basic things about the universe we don't understand. Why things in motion stay in motion raises some really fascinating issues. What is quantized inertia? I'm guessing this means quantum mechanics of inertia. It's two buzzwords stuck together to make a buzzword sandwich. Yeah, like Silicon Valley disruptors, they're usually looking to disrupt industries that have too much inertia.
