Mentorship Is a Must for Product Managers
Mentorship and help outside anorganization is at valuable as something that you personally do. I findi fascinating, because the feedback is already overus word. And i thinkve i've tried to learn that the hard way. Sometimes we mean well and create the opposite effect. So if you're looking for a way to give back to the community and to mentor people, what i would say is that you don't need to your personality. It's it's ok to pick the proach that really calls to you,. The one that feels like less work to you - use that to go forward.
