The Innovators Dilemma
Jensen: We have a combination of companies that are very high cash present. They do have great balance sheets and you can look at that, but they're all sitting. Google didn't want this. Not now. Typing in is gone. It's gone. People don't know it. You're not comparing Alphabet to Smith, Corona. No, because they have the resources. Their business model is easier without this because they required you to type and typing will be gone going away. I rethink that every single day because they are at the heart of what Jensen is crushing.
