How to Enjoy Your Practice
I think it's really important when we look at hobbies or things that can help us. We've got to feel completely euphoria because you say even when you're practicing snooker, it's either for pain or relief. So the pain is the punishment. The relief is you're creating some sort of safety with that kind of practice. Do you experience the same with running? Because obviously physically it's painful. Mentally, it can be quite torturous. But I'm not a good runner. I love it. I'll get out there and I'll do my best. And if I come like 100, 200 runners in a cross country race, I'll feel like a champion
