I think im our philosophy at forbes is one team. We have opportunities at every kind of town hall to have some one from p part of the organization to get up there and kind of talk about their date a day. I mean, it creates this idea of like, am, you know, information charing. And am, it also allows, ah, you to be more effective in your job. If you understand what some one else's job is and what they care about, it changes the way you think about your products," she says.
