So what i would do basically is you have a couple of triggers and you think that those triggers they mean that there is some kind of an engagement or an intent right so if somebody is on your website you can trigger this with. On the account level we can just count up all the data from the relevant contacts  and then start attribute saying okay how many points are worth? So sorry for making that a little bit more complex but that was the best i could do just drafting it right now...yeah pretty good one.
