Is Therapy a Useful Tool?

It's a very interesting way to think about the world today is that even though it's objectively better, it might be subjectively worse. The therapy thing is also interesting because he didn't say he didn't outright say like, oh, therapy isn't a useful thing. He caveat it a lot saying therapy is a useful tool, but it's not the only tool. And it's also possibly not the most effective tool for these types of things that he's talking about in the book - trauma related things.
