When India was independent, the newly formed Assam state said that Assamis will only be the... Official language. But if a person from Barakwali wants to give a representation for the redress of any grievances to an officer, he or she may do it in Bangla. That is where Article 350A comes into B. You know, I think like it is the foresight of our like founding fathers like they could foresee this and whereby they gave this, you know, like rights to those who are in linguistic minorities. Only then truly that's why we have unity in diversity.
