Open AI largely agrees with that there's been a lot of cynical reads of their you know calls for high-level regulation but seems like they're not really trying to squash the consumer or indie hacker use case either. I think some sort of licensing for very large very sophisticated models combined with some liability shift would probably start like 95% of the bad actors on their platform and then beyond thatI imagine the lawyers will keep them honest with endless lawsuits and class actions to make sure it happens.
