The Black Referees in the Premier League

There has been no black referee in a Premier League game since the Raurini's retirement basically over a decade ago. I spoke to two excellent individuals, Russell Hoyt and Ashley Hickson-Lovitz who are both level five referees. And he explained it very much, well why was anyone B a nurse? Or why would anyone be a school teacher? Right? It's that very strange location that you either get it or you absolutely do not get it. The money is not great... trying to do courses is really difficult. Trying to make your money back on a weekend isn't worth it.
