The Impact of Social Media on Sleep

Research from brigham and women's hospital association with harvard university suggests that the use of these light emitting electronic devices can negatively impact overall health, alertness and the circadian clock. Researchers found that participants reading on that eye pad took longer to fall asleep and spent less time in rim sleep. And they were less sleepy before bedtime, and sleepier and less alert the following morning.
