Is There a Single Model of Content Regulation?

I think one of the challenges for, you know, for those of us in the Internet free speech community is getting that message out about the fact that the Internet is so much different. There's some really good ideas out there and really effective experiments at how to do content moderation but they almost never involve top down enforcement because doing that at scale really doesn't work particularly well. I just enjoy talking with both of you but this is frustrating to me, this topic is really bugs me. But also made me very angry about about the way these things happen.
