The Blind Spot
When i really discovered i had some major blind spots in my live, i developed a question that i askd more than the other question leadership to day. What am i missing? I ask it every day. And this was, i'm glad to report, larry, this was something i had practised for probably ten years. One more observation about the blind spot, and then i want to change direction for a moment. Number three, many people can be hurt by a leader's blind spot. And the reasones everything is exaggerated in reference to leaders. Influence is compounded. The more influence that you have, th more people can be affected in a positive, nagedv way.
