How to Hire a VA for Your Business
Right now, I have five people on my payroll and we have about seven to eight people on retainer or they are contractors. So if we were looking at like an org chart for my business, right now I would be at the top as the visionary and the CEO. And then below me, we had four project managers that own their specific area of the business. The whole reason for the retreat was just mainly to connect. Most of our business is done through Slack. We're chatting with a handful of people but really trying to kind of get them on boarded and into the business.
