30% of the foods we have on a daily basis actually contain these additives. 18 out of 19 or 19 out of 20 were producing inflammatory byproducts and chemicals when ingested. The only one that seemed to not create a problem was less than as like not being as aggressive. It's unfortunate because it's exciting to think like, Oh, fun, you can make me a cheese sauce ... but at the same time, maybe more detrimental to gut health.
