The Importance of Baptism in Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not simply a private transaction between me and God as in the New Testament forgiveness involves being part of a community that are formed by forgiveness. For practicing Christians when we sin we can know God's forgiveness right now but often as the church has discovered over the years sometimes they find it hard to forgive themselves.
